Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage when getting in touch.
Change of Mind
As our products are consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Incorrect Orders
If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost.
