Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. As a consumable product we're unable to accept change of mind returns.
